概要
Voluntary sustainability standards have the potential to deliver impacts that go beyond individual certified operations and effect wider systemic changes, according to the white paper 'The Systemic Impacts of Voluntary Sustainability Standards' published by WWF and ISEAL. These 'systemic impacts' help to create an enabling environment for production and consumption practices that benefit people and the planet, and contribute toward the Sustainable Development Goals. In this webinar, Joshua Wickerham, ISEAL's Policy & Outreach Manager, together with Katrin Oswald and Margareta Renstrom from WWF, and David Short from Aidenvironment, explore the key insights from the research. They also discuss the motivations behind the research, the results, the evidence base and the wider implications of this study.
