概要

This study assesses how fair trade has benefited smallholder coffee producers and their community in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala. The study finds that fair trade is effective in supporting farmers' financial needs, however, the effectiveness could be greater if its sales were increased and only the more needy producers would participate.
