概要

This article examines the economic, environmental and social impacts of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification in Estonian State Forests, showing that certification has improved many social and environmental factors, however has not reduced the share of clear-cut free forestry, neither has it increased uptake of mixed stands.
