概要
This study looks at the application of standardized measures as a means towards making the aquaculture industry more sustainable. Responding to the existing gap in the literature, it focuses on behavioral changes made in organizations adopting sustainability standards. Former research has asserted that there is much pressure on the industry from buyers demanding certified product and production, but there are limited studies that have explored the perspective of the industry itself. The study investigates the experiences of those certified and their reports on what certification signifies for their organization and work practices.
